🌰板栗蛋糕

 原料:180g黄油、6个鸡蛋、500g板栗酱 creme de marrons、100g面粉

1. 蛋清蛋黄分离,蛋清加一点点盐打发到硬性发泡

2.黄油和板栗酱搅拌均匀,加蛋黄搅拌,加面粉搅拌

3.和打发好的蛋白轻轻地混在一起

4.模具抹油加面粉,把混好的面糊倒入,放入预热到200度的烤箱,烤25-30分钟
